Alcance Genomics is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to accelerating the responsible integration of genomics in healthcare. We provide strategic guidance and expertise to a wide range of health systems, clinical labs, and biopharma partners. Our key offerings include program ideation, design, and development, clinical test panel development (including curation support), research protocol and informed consent development, return of results strategy, stakeholder engagement and market research, and patient and provider education development. Co-founders Erica Ramos, MS, CGC and Molly McGinniss, MS, CGC bring a combined three decades of expertise in genomics program design and implementation, genetic test development, clinical genomics, commercial strategy, and precision medicine consulting.
