Genoxus is a genomic intelligence company dedicated to transforming complex genetic data into clear, actionable insight for clinicians, researchers, and families. Today, genetic testing generates massive amounts of data, yet interpretation remains fragmented, slow, and limited—often relying on narrow gene panels that miss the broader genetic context behind many conditions. This gap between data generation and understanding delays diagnosis, obscures risk, and leaves critical value locked away. Genoxus addresses this challenge by applying AI and pattern-based analysis across the entire genome. Rather than focusing on isolated genes, the Genoxus platform identifies meaningful genetic variation patterns linked to disease risk, development, and health outcomes, and translates them into structured, clinically relevant reports. Genoxus was founded by Jingqi Duan, PhD, a biotechnology and AI technology leader with deep expertise in structural biology, genomics, and machine learning. Jingqi holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Peking University and has over a decade of experience across academic research and applied genomics. His work at institutions including Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) and the University of Pennsylvania advanced understanding of RNA–protein complexes and splicing-related disorders using cryo-EM, crystallography, and computational modeling. More recently, Jingqi built clinical annotation platforms for next-generation sequencing data, designed scalable APIs integrating major genomic databases, and trained AI models for genetic variation pattern discovery. Driven by both scientific rigor and personal experience as a parent of a neurodiverse child, Genoxus was started to close the interpretation gap in genomics.
