IQgenomyx, Inc. is a pharmacists-led company founded in 2025 by Iqra Ahmad (CEO) and Jason Wong (Chief Health Officer) to bring pharmacogenomics (PGx) to the communities that need it most. We are building an integrated precision-medicine ecosystem that connects patients, providers, and payers through affordable genetic testing, medication optimization, and AI-driven clinical decision support. Our goals are to improve medication safety, treatment outcomes, and healthcare equity for low-income and underserved populations—particularly Medicaid recipients across California and beyond. Our platform combines: CLIA-certified lab testing for pharmacogenomics and diagnostics Clinical interpretation and decision support tools for prescribers and pharmacists Patient-facing engagement portals and kiosks for community health access Subscription-based services for FQHCs, clinics, and health systems We believe the future of healthcare lies in personalized medicine that leaves no one behind.
