NimbleHeart offers FSA/ HSA covered in-person and remotely monitored cardiac preventive screening services in USA using FDA approved wearable and patented dry electrode based Physiotrace Smart Exercise ECG monitors. We also sell our lease our monitors to Primary Care Physicians, Cardiologists, Cardiac Rehabilitation programs and First responder wellness programs. Physiotrace Smart is a prescription product and can be prescribed by any physician or medical practitioner for adults with cardiac risk or those who are eligible for cardiac rehabilitation after a procedure or diagnosis.
