Synamics Therapeutics is an AI-driven therapeutics company developing smarter therapies for treatment-resistant cancer. Cancer evolves. Tumors adapt, mutate, and escape treatment, leaving patients with fewer options and drug developers facing costly cycles of resistance, redesign, and clinical failure. Synamics is building Dynaptive, an evolution-aware drug discovery platform designed to predict cancer’s next resistance moves and support the design of more durable therapies from the start. Our approach integrates artificial intelligence, cancer biology, structural modeling, and therapeutic design to identify vulnerabilities in resistant disease and generate drug candidates built for the realities of tumor evolution.
